Shipping
Most shipments are within 24 hours of order confirmation (M-F). Our standard free shipping takes up to 7 business days to arrive. You may, for an additional charge, choose overnight or 2 day priority shipping for in stock items. We use UPS for most shipments. Please note there is an extra shipping charge of $30 per unit for Canadian orders. Please note that Canadian customer are responsible for any Canadian Duty and or Taxes that may apply on the Canadian side. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a flat $40.00 extra shipping fee per unit ordered.
International
We regret that at this time we cannot ship outside of the United States and Canada but we’re working on it. If you do live outside of the US or Canada and would like to know when we begin international deliveries please send us an email (below) noting the country where you reside. We will let you know when service begins. International
Track Your Shipment
In most cases you can begin to track your order 24 hours after order confirmation (unless you specifically request overnight or 2 day delivery or product is not in stock.) You will receive an tracking email from UPS when they pickup your Picturewall at our warehouse. If you don't see this in your email please check your spam filter as sometimes they get caught there.
