Return Policy
We want our customers to be happy with our products. If for any reason, the product is defective or does not meet your satisfaction, returns will be accepted ONLY within 30 days of the date of purchase. A fair and customary $25.00 shipping / restocking charge will be deducted from your credit card refund per unit returned. There will be no deduction ONLY IF we determine return was due to a manufacturer defect.
- All returns must be packed in original packaging, including the protective outer brown cardboard box your product arrived in.
- All returns must include all original parts (with the exception of clear mounting squares which may be used when testing the Picturewall)
- All returns must be in original re-saleable condition.
- All returns must be accompanied by an original Packing List or Invoice.
- The Picturewall Company reserves the right to further deduct from customer refund for any of the above conditions not met.

All returns will be processed by “UPS Returns on the Web” please get there by clicking http://www.upsrow.com (have your original order number ready, it is on your invoice)
Replacement product/exchanges
If you would like to exchange your picturewall for any reason, you must return your picturewall as a normal return (follow all return instructions above.)
Then simply order another picturewall by going to the order page.
