Q: Once I purchase the Gift Certificate how will I receive it?
A: A receipt for your purchase will be emailed to you, the purchaser of the gift certificate (Please print and keep for your records.) Additionally, the Gift Certificate will be emailed to you, the purchaser of the gift certificate (NOT the recipient of the gift certificate.)

Q: How will the recipient of Gift Certificate receive it?
A. There are 2 ways to give your gift certificate. We send the Gift Certificate (by email) to you, the purchaser, only. We do this so that you can print out the certificate and put it into any chosen gift card for the recipient. This allows you the choice of the proper time and place to give or send it to the recipient. You also have the option to simply forward your copy of the email OR cut & paste the Gift Certificate attachment into a new email to the recipient.

Q: Will the Gift Certificate have room for a personal message?
A: Yes, it has To: ___and From: ____ fields and a space for your short (325 characters) personal message. You will input this information when you are purchasing the Gift Certificate.

Q: What will the Gift Certificate look like?
A: The gift certificate will come to you on a printable one page email document. If you cut the gift certificate from the page it will look like the example below. Of course, it will have your names, personal message, and unique gift certificate codes.

Q: Why doesn't The PicturewallCompany, Inc. send an email copy directly to the recipient?
A. Most people want to choose the time and place they give their gift either in person, by mail or by email. We also prefer not to run the risk of inadvertently sending a Gift Certificate too early and ruining your well planned surprise.

Q: How easy is it for the recipient of the Gift Certificate to receive their gift?
A: They simply go to the site, choose the molding size and finish color for their Perfectpicturewall™, input their name and address, and unique Gift Certificate code. That's it! 2-7 business days later the Perfectpicturewall™ will be at their front door, delivered UPS Ground service.

Q: How long are the Gift Certificates good for?
A: Gift certificates are good for up to 1 year from purchase.

Q: What about the other details - like guarantee and what's included etc.?
